1. Legal Basis

MicroSystem EG complies with the provisions of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations issued in 2019, as well as the E-Commerce Law No. 15 of 2004.

Your Legal Right: Under Article 20 of the Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt if it does not match the advertised specifications or has a hidden defect.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns & Exchanges

✅ Accepted Cases

  • Device does not work upon delivery
  • Specifications differ from the listing
  • Hidden defect discovered within the warranty period
  • Technical fault with no user interference
  • Device arrived damaged due to shipping

❌ Non-Accepted Cases

  • Return period has expired (14 days)
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Cracked screen or drop damage
  • Device opened or modified by unauthorized personnel
  • Missing accessories or original packaging
  • Specifications altered after delivery

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact Us Within 14 Days

Call 01022277783 or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

Send Photos or a Video of the Issue

We need visual proof of the defect or specification mismatch to proceed with your request.

Request Review

Your request will be reviewed within 24–48 business hours. We'll respond with approval or a request for additional information.

Return the Device

Once approved, you can bring the device to our location or arrange a pickup for an additional fee.

Inspection & Refund or Exchange

After verifying the device, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days or a suitable replacement will be provided.

4. Device Condition Upon Return

  • The device must be returned with all accessories (charger, cables, box, invoice)
  • The device must be clean and in the same condition as received
  • Installing software or modifying the operating system is not permitted
  • If accessories are missing, their value will be deducted from the refund

5. Refund Methods

  • Cash Payment: Cash refund at our location or bank transfer within 7 business days
  • Electronic Payment: Refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Cash refund or bank transfer within 7 business days
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the defect is due to an error on our part.

6. Warranty

Each device comes with the following warranty coverage:

  • Warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the delivery date
  • Warranty does not cover: physical damage, water damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Some devices may carry an additional supplier warranty — this will be mentioned on the product page
⚠️ Opening the device or performing any repair outside of MicroSystem EG immediately voids the warranty.
