1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
MicroSystem EG is committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly to all governorates of Egypt through certified shipping companies.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Steps
Order Confirmation
We will contact you to confirm your order and delivery address within 2–4 hours of placing it.
Device Preparation & Inspection
The device undergoes a final inspection and is carefully packaged before being handed over to the courier.
Handover to Courier
Your order is handed to the shipping company within 24 hours of confirmation, and a tracking number is sent to you.
Delivery & Signing
Inspect the device in the presence of the courier before signing. Do not sign for a damaged package without noting a reservation.

9. Pricing & Order Confirmation
- All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds and are subject to change without prior notice
- The confirmed price is the price at the time the purchase and payment are completed
- In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order with a full refund
- Stock is limited — adding a product to your cart does not guarantee the price
10. Legal Liability in Shipping
In accordance with the provisions of the Egyptian Commercial Law and the Egyptian Postal Law No. 79 of 2002:
- MicroSystem EG bears responsibility for the device until it is handed over to the shipping company
- After handover to the courier, responsibility transfers to them in accordance with the shipping policy
- In the event of damage or loss, we will follow up on the claim with the shipping company on your behalf
- We recommend filming when opening the package as evidence in case of any dispute
